Cancellations and refunds Policy 

• No Refunds for Services:
  Unfortunately we have a policy where services are non-refundable once performed. 

• Rectification or Alternatives:
  If you're dissatisfied with a treatment, you should speak to the beautician immediately and see if they can rectify the issue or offer an alternative. 

• 48-Hour Rule:
  We have a 24 hour timeframe within which you must contact us to discuss dissatisfaction with a treatment. 

• Cancellation Policies:
  Our cancellation policy is free from any charges to amend your appointment before 48 hours of the booked slot. After this time, we will require a £10 rescheduling fee,  no-shows or cancellation on the day will result in full appointment cost and no further appointments will be made untilthis has been paid. 

• Pre-Treatment Consultations:
  Before booking a treatment, have a thorough consultation to discuss your desired results and expectations. This helps ensure that the treatment meets your needs and avoids disappointment later. 

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
